Sweet Message

Last night a group of us got together to make Christmas cards for soldiers. My friend came and she brought her daughters. They were told what we were doing and started working. I wanted to share a card message that my friends 7 year old wrote.

Dear army.
i wish you all a merry christmas. i will wish you all good luck fighting for our country. i know you wont be home for christmas. that is why i am writing this note.

I was just touched that a 7 year old could have such a grasp on what our heros are going through.
