White Chicken Chili

White Chicken Chili
 
 
1 48 oz jar Randall's Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
1 16 oz jar Salsa, your family favorite
1 can Chicken or Shredded cooked chicken
 
Put beans into a saucepan.  Pour salsa into the pan then fill salsa jar with water and shake it to get all of the salsa out and pour over the bean mixture.  Add chicken.  Turn onto medium to low heat until heated through.  Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar, and tortilla chips.
 
 
*Using a rotisserie chicken adds great flavor and is much more moist then canned chicken.  I buy 1 and use half for dinner and shred the rest to make this chili another night.
