Pot Roast
Post Roast
3 lb Beef Roast
1 Package Onion Soup Mix
5 Carrots, peeled and cut into large pieces
4-5 Potatoes, cut into large pieces
1-2 Onions, cut into large pieces
2-3 Garlic cloves, scored
Water to cover half of roast
Place the meat and veggies in a Crock Pot. Sprinkle onion soup mix over and pour enough water to go half way up the meat. Turn on to low and cook for at least 8 hours.
