Serial Killer

To all of us we need to be aware of potiential dangers. In the big city near us there is a serial killer on the loose. The police will not say that that is what he is but it certainly looks that way. This summer we have had 5 women who lived alone killed and one who was attacked and lived to tell about it. He is targeting white women who live alone. He gets into their house by coming to the door and asking if they have work for him or maybe he just knocks and when they answer he pushes his way in. Then he beats them and leaves them to die alone. Three have been found and taken to the hospital two of them did not make it but the one this week came through and is awake and recovering. When he heard that she was going to be okay he struck again the next day and this time he attacked someone in a vacent house. We don't know yet why she was in the empty house. She was one of the three to die on the way to the hospital.

Just last week a man came to the house selling some cleaner. It was on a weekday in the middle of the day. I didn't let him in I always step outside to talk to them on the deck. My husband happened to be awake and he came out too. I think in the future I will not be answering the door if I do not know the person coming up. I will just talk to them through the window.

We should not be afraid because GOD protects us but we should also be careful.
